New Yorker transplanted (trans-SPLATted) into a tiny town in the middle of the Japanese countryside. My life is chock full of what I've lovingly termed "Miyazaki Bullshit" (see: Giant boars are real, friends) and twelve-year-olds struggling to learn English.
Mostly I just lurk.
Nota Bene: I don't claim to be a photographer. I simply have a camera. That said, I travel - a lot. And I like to document the things I see. So that's really what these photos you see here are - things I saw with my own eyes, that for whatever reason I wanted to preserve, regardless of composition or recoloring.
I don't edit my pictures, not really; not unless the camera really bleached things out.
